What is Point?

Points are a measurement of experience on the QuestN platform. Each community has its own Point system. When users complete a work order, they receive a predetermined amount of Points in addition to tokens or NFTs. These help them achieve a certain status within a community. Projects and creators of a community can thus immediately recognize the most hard-working members and reward them with white lists or other rewards, for example. Points are different with every community, since communities are asked to regulate the Point system by themselves and are allowed to set up rules and regulations within their own community.

What is the difference between quest and collection/event?

Collection/Event can contain multiple Quests, in another word, Collection/Event is a series of Quests. Collection/Event’s end time must be later than all the quests’ end time.

I would like to customize my own quest template, what can I do?

What does separate amount rewards mean?

Separate amount reward mode means an individual quest has different amounts of different rewards, each winner will get only one of the rewards.

How to add more entries in the quests?

QuestN has set its entry limitation at 6 for individual quests. A quest with too many entries would bring down the enthusiasm of the questers. Check the [Plan](/docs/airdrop-promotion/plan) to pay for more entries.

How to add admins in my QuestN community?

How to hide/delete my quests?

If there’re fewer than 100 questers participating in your quest, you can hide the quest. Click edit on the ongoing quests, and hit the three dots button next to the Preview button. The hidden quest will only be accessed via URL.

Do I need to make a deposit once uploading my quests?

Yes, when a quest is created with a reward, rewards must be deposited in a vault first. If the participants complete the tasks, the rewards from the vault will be distributed automatically. [Plan](/docs/airdrop-promotion/plan) for listing new or rewarding with your native tokens.

How to apply for a refund?

Having leftovers in your ended quests and wishing to get a refund? QuestN has just made it simple with the Automatic Refund System launched. To apply for a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Select the Quest in business-end for which you want to apply for a refund and click \. 2. Navigate to the Reward section. 3. Follow the instructions provided in the refund request by scrolling down to the section where you need to enter the token amount, and click on the Refund Application. Tip: A gas fee will be applied when claiming the refund.

How to publish a test-quest?

# Create a Leaderboard ## Leaderboard, newly published quest template With the latest version of QuestN published, apart from Milestone and Timed Draw, QuestN has launched its brand new quest template-Leaderboard.

In this newly published quest template, hosts can invite other communities to become co-hosts as well just like in other quest templates, and there will be absolutely no limitations on how many co-hosts one can have in a leaderboard quest. The Leaderboard selects winners by the questers’ ranks at the end of the quest, entries refer to the chance to win, the more entries a quester has, the higher rank he would be. ## Setting up a Leaderboard It is quite similar to the settings of a quest, the first step of setups in a leaderboard will ask the host to input the name of the quest, upload a banner picture, and then the description. Just like a quest is made up of several tasks, the leaderboard would be the same, but there are also differences.

Based on the selected tasks, the host has to manually enter how many entries does this particular task worth\* (**The higher the number is, the users who completed this task will receive a higher chance to boost their rank**)\* in each task, designate some tasks as reward tasks or daily tasks, and the rewarded points value of the task remains the same as it is in quest tasks.

Daily entry allows the host to reset a particular task every day for users to finish again. But there’re restrictions on the tasks that you can set as daily tasks. (For example, you cannot ask a user to follow your Twitter every day.)

Additionally, the host can set some bonus tasks. Bonus tasks are limited to certain tasks and usually come with difficulty to be completed. Only 5 bonus tasks can be included in the same leaderboard, and finishing the bonus tasks would give the questers extra entries. The last step of the setup of a leaderboard is obviously the reward part. The number of rewards the host sets refers to the number of top questers on the leaderboard who can eventually claim. ## See how it looks on QuestN After all the setups are done, let’s check how it looks on the QuestN.

Above the tasks in the leaderboard, displays the current quester's entry number and the sum of all participating questers' entries. The entry number will decide the particular quester’s rank on the leaderboard. The entry number of a single task would also be displayed.

The tasks in the leaderboard are divided into 2 parts, the basic tasks and bonus tasks. Questers will be eligible to be on the leaderboard when they finish all the basic tasks, and the bonus tasks would be unlocked for questers to finish.

The number of entries a user has will decide his rank on the leaderboard, and the rank would be very obvious to see on it. > At last, here is a [**showcase**](https://app.questn.com/event/743301185654640839) that can help you better understand the leaderboard quest template. ## Climb up the leaderboard and win your rewards The launch of the leaderboard template brings a new way of playing on the quests. ## Step 3 - Select Quests 1. Quest Collection, as a collection of quests, you can select the quests created by your community into the collection.

2. By `Enter Quests amount`, you can set the number of the quests that must be completed to be in the draw of the final rewards of the Collection.

## Step 4 - Invite [Co-host](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] (Optional) 1. Turn on `Co-host Feature` and click `➕ Add Co-host`

2. Search your co-host’s QuestN community by using their link and click `Invite` to select. After you finish adding or co-hosts, click `Confirm` to send out invitations to your partners

3. Ask your partners to accept co-host invitation 4. Check the notification system, all invitation requests will be there. Click ✓ or X to accept invitation or reject

The event will also appear on their community homepage. # Review your Proof of Work Submission {% hint style="info" %} Only submissions from Questers who completed all entries under a quest will be included in the Review Zone {% endhint %} ## Step 1 - In the quest list, click Review for the quest that requires user to make submissions

## Step 2 - You can also download the full list of submissions by clicking the Download button located at the bottom right corner

## Step 3 - Keep the addresses whose submissions meet your requirements and delete the rest (rows) ## Step 4 - Upload the file on the review page, click `Accept` **Alternatively, you can** ## Step 2a - Hover above the icon under submission column to view submission and you will be able to jump to the submission link with one click *(If the submission requirement is an URL).*

## Step 3 - Click the `✓` button to accept submission, and the `X` to reject. It is more convenient to select all entries and approve all at one time to approve / reject. Surely, select multiple entries and search for a user are also allowed. ## Step 4 - There are two categories under Reviewed: Accept and Reject. If user would like to submit again after their submission got rejected, please search for their info under Reject and click `Re-review` ## Last Step - After reviewing submissions / uploading csv file, let’s send the rewards so that accepted questers can claim their rewards!
